Issue of Free Sale Certificate - Drug Control Department
This Service Provides Free Sale Certificate evidence that goods, such as food items, cosmetics, biologics, or medical devices are legally sold or distributed in the open market.
Documents to be submitted with application:
1. All the valid manufacturing and/or sales licences.
2. All the product permission letters
3. Tender notification / Letter of the concerned authority that is demanding the certificate
4. Power of attorney or authorization letter

Drug Manufacturers who have registered with the Drugs Control Department and having a valid licence and user credentials provided by the Department.
